An Overview of Our Yoga Classes At Symmetry Yoga, we offer a variety of hatha yoga classes in several styles and traditions to meet the needs and preferences of our students. All of our classes are taught by dedicated, fully certified instructors and include breathing techniques, a complete warm-up series, a balanced combination of postures, and relaxation or meditation. Our programs include: GENTLE KRIPALU: this class is characterized by its meditative focus and conscious, graceful, harmonious movements, with a strong focus on breathwork and the awakening of prana, vital life force energy to promote a sense of complete well-being. KRIPALU FLOW: a Kripalu class with a creative flow of postures that moves with emphasis on breath and sensation to promote health, happiness, peace and balance of body, mind and spirit. VINYASA: a dynamic, flowing practice that links sequences of postures together with the breath, leaving you feeling energized, invigorated and relaxed – a great way to build strength, flexibility and mental focus.
Policies Unused classes may not be carried over beyond the expiration date except for medical or family emergencies (notification before returning to class is required). Class series are non transferable; all fees are non-refundable. 24-hour cancellation policy for private sessions. |
