Take some time for yourself after the busy holiday season to restore mental, physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Start the New Year with a renewed sense of serenity, vitality, direction and purpose. The retreat begins with the setting of personal intentions and inspirational readings and practices to facilitate the letting go of whatever no longer serves you in your life. We will practice hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga and a variety of meditation and breathing (pranayama) techniques and other practices to create fresh, new positive energy for a more joyful, satisfying and fulfilling life. The retreat will end with deep relaxation. You'll leave feeling completely revitalized - your mind calm and peaceful, your body relaxed and energized and your spirit renewed and refreshed. Bring a yoga mat and any other props you may need.
